What is special about the HWPL Peace Activity?

I have been writing what the difference outcomes when comparing activities between HWPL and other peace act organization.

In comparison with other peace act organization, the reason why HWPL is receiving such a great attention from international society is that HWPL has been achieving outstanding outcomes which is unthinkable and inconceivable with practical activities and executive power in order to end all kinds of conflicts and civil war all over the world.

HWPL is committed to the cessation of war through the establishment of an enforceable law compatible with the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW) and the World Alliance of Religions’ Peace (WARP) offices. 

■ ‘Declaration of international law enactment’ which power of execution was re-verified

Another answer to achieve peace which chairman Man Hee Lee suggested was ‘cessation of war declaration of international law’.

Chairman Lee indicated weak points that international law allowed war if necessary. Also, he insisted that powerful cessation of war international law is needed to block out the source. 

20 members of peace committee who agreed on have proceeded conference several times in Korea and London. Within 6 months, powerful execution was shown once more by proclaiming ‘cessation of war world peace legislation of international law declaration’  

Henceforth, after cessation of war international law is legislated based on declaration, with president’s agreement from each country, it will be place on the conference tables of the United Nations.

The Declaration is triggered by the collective voice of individuals for peace, since the citizens of the world are actively participating in the Legislate Peace Campaign to support peace by adding their signatures to the campaign. 

■ Booming HWPL Peace Academy

More than 100 school is designated all over the world as HWPL peace academy by the requests from people who participated 1st peace summit ceremony.

Mar Elias Educational Institutions in Israel was designated as a first HWPL peace academy followed by 5 academies including Prishtina university, Kadrizeka University in Kosovo and Ramagya School in Hindo.

If school is designated as a HWPL peace academy, peace education became curriculum for whole school which contains contents of performing peace by HWPL 1~2 times a year.

Not only peace education of HWPL wakes up the importance of peace to youth in each country, but also it has effectiveness for them to realize that Korea is the country of peace.
