HWPL DPCW │ "The Realization of world Peace, There's no more delay"

There is a saying that regret for wasted time wastes more time. Until now we human have lost the golden hours of Young People and children due to profit struggles and ideological conflicts.

Now if you don't want to do any more regrets, you shouldn't waste your time trying to archive the verdict.

We need the power of the Visionaries, especially those who are leading the present.

Every year, HWPL actively working on several projects in all parts of the global village.

HWPL, an international non-profit and non-governmental peace organization registered under Korea, has inter-religious dialogue to overcome the religious problems that are a major cause of the World conflict.

HWPL have also established MOUs with education, culture, media, and civic organizations that are necessary to end the war and realize substantial Peace, and present the role of citizens' meetings.

On January 24, 2014 HWPL signed a peace agreement in Mindanao, Philippines, by holding talks with local leaders and civic organizations to promote national and religious dialogue for peace and overcome the damage of the 40-year conflict.

Later, HWPL held various events such as Peace Walk and building a peace memorial. We are opening various cultural exchanges and campaigns such as museum exhibitions. 

Also, HWPL is dedicated to religious dialogue and Peace education.

In addition, HWPL has been discussing how to realize World Peace with high-ranking officials, such as Political and legal circles around the World through 30 rounds of Peace tours. 

It is supported by the HWPL to help the U.N resolution to end the global war.

Recently, HWPL sat down at the 2019 Sydney Pacific Peace Leaders Meeting held at the congress party of New south wales, Australia. 12 leaders from eight Pacific countries promised cooperation for the development of DPCW.

The agreement states that DPCW will be developed in a legally binding from by the United Nation, we will actively cooperate and participate in all the schemes that are proposed and passed.


DPCW support will be expressed in the Document, including National Declaration.

HWPL explains that why world need DPCW for World Peace and a lot of people have written support letters for DPCW.

HWPL will put DPCW, the answer to the end of the war, into the U.N resolution and need the consent of the leaders of each country.

Many supporters from HWPL, including myself, we have been saying 'We are all have to work together' every day to build a strong council state.

We need to be a Champion not only for the region of the Korean Peninsula, but also for the World Peace.

I strongly urge the leaders of the countries to actively and quickly make sure that they do not delay World Peace.

Upcoming March 14th, "3rd Annual Commemoration of the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW)" will be held in Seoul.

Peaceful resolution, My hope is Unification of the Korean Peninsula

Peaceful resolution, My hope is that the Korean Peninsula will be reunited peacefully.

Korea is the only divided country in the world. 

When young, I learned communism is harmful. To our generation, we are indifferent to Reunification of Korea.

After I became HWPL Supporters, however, my thought changed. 

Reunification became very important to my heart.

And, I recognized that for peaceful reunification, I have to start something not huge but small.

People who support HWPL put up the memorial stone all over the world, join 918 WARP Summit, and hos Peace Forum to spread Heavenly Culture(Culture of Peace).

I work as HWPL Supporters and join the volunteer work together. Recently, the Korean Peninsula takes steps of peace.

Last year, I saw the North-South Korean Summit and my heart was very moved. Also, I found out that there are many people who want peace between South and North Korea.

Now broken bridge in the Korean Peninsula will be reconstruct and train track will be reconnected from North to South. Then the train will be cross the Europe and Asia from South Korea. 

Beginnings will seem humble. But if we gather, reunification will be come true. I wish the world became Peaceful World.

On January, Vertan solo artist Lee Sora released her new single “Song Request,” which features BTS’ Suga. The track was composed by Epik High’s Tablo and DEE.P, and the lyrics were written by Tablo and Suga.

This song is an emotional melody that expresses the feeling of loneliness when listening to radio.

These days, I usually listen to this song. While listening, I fall down into so many memories. It makes me soft and makes me miss all of you that I love.

The Songs for Rainy Days 2) BTS "Rain"

   

"Rain" is from K-Pop band BTS's first full-length album 'Dark & Wild' released in 2014.

This song has so many emotions but still is underrated. I hope a lot of people know about BTS's old songs with the beautiful melody and poetic lyric.

This song is one of my favorites BTS's song. I love the melancholy melody it has, that portrays the bleakness of a lonely rainy day.

BTS’s Jimin has made SoundCloud history once again with his self-composed track “Promise“.

Last month, SoundCloud confirmed that Jimin’s self-penned song “Promise” had broken Drake’s record for the highest number of streams on the platform within the first 24 hours of a song’s release.

Jimin has previously opened up about the personal struggles that inspired him to write the song, as well as the emotional changes that led him to drastically alter the message of the lyrics.

This is a magical song that comfort myself, and to make myself be loved.

At last, today, started the Peace Festival for the 2018 HWPL World PeaceSummit : 4th Anniversary of the WARP Summit~♥️

After months of eager anticipation, the day arrives. 

Every single life wants peace. I am one of those happy people who derive pleasure from helping the HWPL which practices peace following Jesus who had worked for peace.

UN-affiliated NGO based in South Korea 'HWPL' is holding the Peace Summit in order to promote world peace and the cessation of war. 

Since 2014, HWPL has hosted the World Alliance of Religions’ Peace (WARP) Summits with the slogan of “everyone to become messengers of peace” to put in the debate the realizable methods for world peace in association with the leaders from each sector of the global society.

ECOSOC and UN Department of Public Information (UNDPI), the peace summit by HWPL is held in South Korea from 17th to 19th on September.

This, the 4th edition of the summit, run under the theme of “Collaboration for Peace Development : Building a Peace Community through the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW).”

Based on the idea of collaborative governance, this year’s summit aims to further seek for the driving force for the enactment of the international law for peace through an all-encompassing approach involving different areas of expertise.

HWPL is an international peace NGO supported by the UN committed to bring world peace and cessation of war. The organization transcends culture, religion and ideology.

As a result of such collaborative efforts, in 2016, HWPL and world-level international law experts proclaimed DPCW that can prevent any armed conflict at its core.

I belive that DPCW will succeed with no doubt. Because DPCW values people and also includes the most perfect value of peace.

So, I hope sign up for DPCW being legislated as a bill of binding authority.

And I think that every family of the global village born in this era should become a messenger of peace. 

It is our responsibility to put an end to war and make sustainable peace a legacy for future generations.

On Sep. 17, the 3rd Annual Commemoration of the September 18th WARP Summit

for world peace and cessation of war drew the curtains in Seoul, South Korea.

ABOUT 1,100 global figures from 121 countries took part in the 3rd WARP Summit, organized by HWPL, an international NGO registered in the UN DPI.

This annual peace summit which commenced since 2014 brings together political and religious leaders, heads of women’s and youth groups, civil society, and the press from around the world and provides a platform for discussion and pan-national cooperation for the implementation of  universal peace policies.

In today’s interconnected society, comprehensive cooperation among various sectors is essential for building a just, sustainable, and peaceful future. 

To discuss establishing collaborative governance between governments and civil societies, the 3rd Annual Commemoration of the September 18th World Alliance of Religions’ Peace (WARP) Summit was held with the following objectives ▼

On the Sep. 17th, the first day, there took place with the following sessions ▼

Former presidents, ministers, UN officials, justices, heads of civic groups, leaders of women, youth, and religions, and journalists had in-depth discussions in groups on the topics.

The Chairman of HWPL, Mr. Man Hee Lee, further urged that should all heads of states sincerely wish to avoid war and to embrace peace, they must immediately sign the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW) into effect.

HWPL proclaimed the DPCW on 14 March 2016, and held the 4th HWPL International Law Peace Committee Meeting during the 2nd Annual Commemoration of the WARP Summit.

It was an opportunity to understand and appreciate the value of the DPCW, and since then, those who attended the meeting is proceeding ‘Legislate Peace Campaign’ urging DPCW legislated as international law.

This 5th HWPL International Law Peace Committee Meeting will lay the foundation for developing the DPCW into an agreement between States.

The Chairwoman of IWPG, Mrs Nam Hee Kim, highlights the power of women for achieving peace. 

On the Sep. 19th, the third day, the world women leaders are expected to make one voice to transform the DPCW into a legally binding form for the cessation of war in ‘2017 IWPG Network Forum’.

Along with sessions, a peace festival with 100,000 participants and local citizens will also be held on the second day of the summit. 

With the slogan ‘Together for Peace as Messenger of Peace’, cultural performances by 8,000 youth will be shown to convey the core messages of peace as a culture in the global community. 

We have clear way of hope. 

10 articles and 38 clauses of declaration of world peace and cessation of war is the answer that has been integrated to all the peace activities. 

I'm sure that even in the future, there will not be more certain answer for peace. 

The existing international law is build that minimizes the damages due to wars and had been limited in terms of not being able to prevent wars. 

However, DPCW is truly an answer for peace that is able to solve full causes of war.

In order to facilitate participation in advocacy and support for cessation of war and international law for peace, we ask for you to join in spreading news of peace.

Cessation of war, world peace can be achieved.

Let’s work together to spread the seeds of peace in the world.

A few days ago, my son asked me. 

I said, "My Son~

I hope that Korea becomes the country that doesn't kill each other by unification North and South Korea through the peaceful process.

I wish that you live peacefully on this country, you are the unification generation."

I wrote a story about 「The letter to my son, I wish that you live peacefully」 on my blog in 2016.

And when my son asked me about my dream, I talked to him about the story.

What is your dreams and goals?

I wish that peaceful world without war will come soon.

Some people say that it cannot be realized.

But, I found the perfect answer that will satisfy my dream.

‘Declaration of international law enactment’ which the perfect answer to achieve peace

The HWPL Chairman Man Hee Lee has suggested the answer to achieve world peace which was ‘cessation of war declaration of international law’.

Chairman Man Hee Lee indicated weak points that international law allowed war if necessary. Also, he insisted that powerful cessation of war international law is needed to block out the source. 

20 members of peace committee who agreed on have proceeded conference several times in Korea and London. 

On March 14, 2016, HWPL proclaimed legislated ‘Declaration of Peace and Cessation of war(DPCW)’ in the world.

The differences between existing international law and new, revised law are the clauses which include solution of religious conflicts.

Also, revised international law has the clause which includes spreading culture of peace.

The declaration values people and also includes the value of peace, the spirit of heaven wanting peace.

It is future generations who take on the burden of the sorrow and painful wound of war. The best legacy we can leave for them is peace without pain and sadness. 

The means to guarantee a world of peace can stem from the regulation of the use of force and weapons for the purpose of the destruction of life. 

The Declaration, which advocates for peace by specifying provisions on the cessation of war, inspires the global community to develop a legally binding document that can be implemented at an international level. 

‘World Alliance of Religions Peace Summit’ which the perfect answer to achieve peace

Another answer to achieve world peace which chairman Man Hee Lee suggested was ‘World Alliance of Religions Peace Summit’

HWPL has hosted ‘world alliance of religions peace summit’ which 200 thousand of people participated including 2,000 political leaders from 170 counties in order to hand down heritage with no war on 2014 Sep. 16~19.

3rd Annual Commemoration of the September 18th World Alliance of Religions' Peace Summit

HWPL aims to establish collaborative global  governance based on its past experiences of acting as a facilitator of peace work between governments and civil societies. 

The 3rd Annual Commemoration of the September 18th WARP Summit will provide a platform to discuss the main peace initiatives carried out from the past as well as the future initiatives that are still currently under development. 

Also, it will reaffirm participants’ solidarity in giving pan-national cooperation for the implementation of universal peace policies.

Is it Possible to Achieve World Peace? 

I thought it was an unreachable dream. But ever since I have met the HWPL Chairman Man Hee Lee my thinking has changed completely.

Cessation of war, world peace is not impossible matter. We can achieve.

Armed conflicts and acts of violent extremism continue to negatively impact lives throughout the world. 

At this very moment, there are various kinds of conflicts and war in the world. Also, many young lives are losing their lives in war. Some children became orphan and some parents has no choice but living with the pain on losing their children.

At such time, the only thing we can do is to perform ongoing and non-stopping peace activities with constant interest.

I hope that the DPCW, an international work of HWPL should be introduced to more and more people. I think If each article can be applied and legally-binding, world peace can be realized. 

When individual, social, and international peace activities are working together as an organism, the world can achieve peace truly.

The DPCW is unique, as it aims for a cessation of all wars. By the means of prohibiting weapons and transforming them into daily tools, war and warlike activities cannot be initiated. Therefore, sustainable peace can be achieved by implementing this declaration.

Also, it combines fundamental rights both aiming for peace and peaceful dispute-settlement between states as well as peace within states by promoting freedom and peaceful coexistence of religions and beliefs.

Most of the DPCW addresses fundamental rights already prescribed by international law. By developing those well-established rules, and adapting them to the present and future problems, the DPCW provides a comprehensive instrument of rules to reach sustainable peace.

As those rules become accepted the more states adhere to them, and as they aim for a global application, all states should agree upon the rules prescribed in the DPCW. 

The Legislate Peace Campaign is a global peace advocacy movement which aims to bring all wars to an end and spread a culture of peace by establishing an enforceable law compatible with the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW).

What began as simply a peace walk and events for collecting signatures of support (Sign Your Support) at the early stage of the campaign soon developed into a wide range of fun peace building events such as the Origami Peace Dove campaign, the Peace Concert and the Peace Art Contest. 

However, the Legislate Peace Campaign needs a stronger partnership from government officials to establish its ground as a sustainable peace building activity. HWPL will continue to strengthen the peace network by emphasizing the role of collaborative governance in every nation.

This year, the 3rd Annual Commemoration of the September 18th WARP Summit will play a key role in organizing peace-building processes and bridging the gaps between governments, civil societies, and intergovernmental organizations such as the UN. 

If you listen carefully, if you pay attention, if you support, Peace will be accomplished sooner.

Through legislation of international law and the world alliance of religions, we can achieve world peace. And, this is the only answer.

Let us all become peace messengers and achieve our purpose and dream!
