The peace organization ‘Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL)’ lead by Mr. Man Hee Lee, has the International Women's Peace Group (IWPG, Chairwoman Nam Hee Kim) and the International Peace Youth Group (IPYG) as its two wings to propel the peace movement to include women and youth around the world.

The voice of HWPL Chairman Man Hee Lee sounded earnest in his closing address in a Model UN Conference held at Oxford University, England, last November.

"For world peace, first, there should be the Implementation of an International Convention on the Cessation of War and all religions should become one in God." 

Moreover, he firmly stated, "There is no reason not to finish something once it has been started."

It can be said that the peace movement of the global community has changed after the appearance of Chairman Man Hee Lee, with the enactment of international law for the cessation of war and WARP Offices - the projects initiated by Mr. Man Hee Lee are opening up a new horizon for the peace movement. 

Mr. Man Hee Lee came to be well-known in the international community when he contributed to the ending of the 40-year bloody conflict in Mindanao, Philippines between the Islamic and Catholic groups in January 2014. 

His remarkable leadership ability was recognized through the holding of the unprecedented peace conference, the 2014 World Alliance of Religions’ Peace(WARP) Summit.

HWPL WARP office, The Organization that is Achieving Peace

The HWPL WARP office was initiated as a practical solution to the achievement of peace by its Chairman Mr Man Hee Lee of HWPL at the WARP Summit in South Korea, in September 2014.

At present, 142 WARP offices in 70 countries are being held every month, where various religious leaders compare and contrast their scriptures for mutual-understanding.

The Wave of cooperation and participation

Mr. Lee and Ms. Kim have been on 23 World Peace Tours for the last 3 years. During those tours, they met the former and current presidents of 70 countries, prestigious scholars in the field of politics, religion, and international law, as well as women and youth leaders emphasizing the "Implementation of an International Convention on the Cessation of War" and the "Alliance of Religions," earnestly asking for their cooperation and participation.

Proclamation Ceremony of the Declaration of Peace and Cessations of war

On the 14th of March 2016, a great event took place in South Korea, Seoul, the ceremony of proclamation of declaration of cessation of war and achieving world peace.

The Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War comprises ten major Articles : Prohibition of threat or use of force, War potential, Friendly relations and the prohibition of acts of aggression, State boundaries, Self determination, Dispute settlement, right to self defence, Freedom of religion, Religion, ethnic identity and peace as well as spreading a culture of peace.

This proclamation is bringing the efforts of the youth, women, religious people, media practitioners and politicians together.

"If you do it, it will be done!"

▲ Chairman Lee Man Hee is giving a speech at the "international conference commemorating the 25 years since the fall of communism" held last December 8th

Believing in the idea, "If you do it, it will be done," the path of Mr. Lee and the peace delegation is giving hope about the "The international convention on the cessation of war and the achievement of world peace," to be a gift to the global community. 

Moreover, It is working to mobilize the entire people to stand for peace and influence groups who have been attempting to destabilize the world and maintained such unstable situation to cease from their ill-activities.
